Incident Accident Near Miss Register 

All documentation relating to an Accident/Incident must be kept for 5 years

Procedures for updating the Register

1. Open Intranet Site in editor version. 

2. Select My uploads (Cloud with Arrow) from menu 

3. Select - Docs. This will open 'Mange my documents'. Select the document you want to update and click download. 

4. Right click on the downloaded document and select 'Open with System Viewer' - this allows the document to  open in Foxit Reader - Writable PDF.

3. Updated document. Save to Dropbox HSEQ Records. 

4. Upload new version back to site. When uploading, delete the previous version and upload the new version. Click add file 

5. Save and publish 

5. Recommended: Open on published site and check details have been saved
